I’ve heard that the following documents must be included on a Website–where can I get them?
    1. Terms of Use.
    2. Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.
    3. Waiver and Hold Harmless.

    Hello Frank.
Well, technically speaking, you should consult a lawyer or purchase some lawyer-reviewed documents to be sure that you are covered properly.
That is my “official” advice to you.
However, I believe many people find such documents all over the web and fashion their own from what they see. You should not just copy someone else’s because these documents may actually be copyrighted, and you’d be in violation of that copyright if you just swiped someone else’s.
    Make sense?

    HI, Mark,
I’d like to know a little about including graphics in the e-book. Also, what is the benefit (beyond padding) of adding borders to an e-book? Doesn’t that make it a bit of a pain for some people to print out?

Thanks, I’m really looking forward to this!

    Hi mark,
I just see your post about losing weight. So, I think you can help me with my big idea :D .

The hungry crowd is people seeking for weight loss without effort. It’s not really posible but can be done by far easier than what people usually try.

An important fact is that just 30 % of people that lose weight can keep it off. An the most of them have done more than one trial. The second fact is that quick diets are the worst for mantaining the new weight, and the market is full of those promises. So, it’s easy to suppose that there is a lot of people frustrated out there. The key is to lose weight with the less effort possible, because in that way is easier to generate a new pattern of behavior. So, that keyword is perfect for my ebook, the crowd seeking for that keyword is what I’m seeking for. Now, the big idea is: lose weight without effort manipulating your mind in order to lose weight easier.

The question for people is: Do you want to lose weight fast or effortless?.

    What do you think?

    Dear Mark:
    1. I own a mac and need to transfer digital photos from my existing e-book to the e-book I’m putting together on your template. Snagit doesn’t work on Macs. What do you suggest instead?
    2. I have 20+ e-books that I’m doing and already used your template once. What is the least time consuming thing to do re: using the template more than once?

    Hi Mark,
I was just listening to your file on how to make a PDF from a MS Word document. I heard part of what you could do with Acrobat Reader Professional than I got a message from explorer that the web site can’t be displayed. What is going on?

    Dear Mark:
I went to a techie re: cutting and pasting graphics and he told me to do just that-highlight, cut and paste. Unfortunately it didn’t work. The picture moved into your template but once it got there I couldn’t move it. What’s another way to move graphics from point A to point B on a Mac?

Was a recording made of the Q + A session? If so where can I find it?

Yes I would be interested in the recording as well please..

    Hi Lorraine.
There’s a problem with Internet Explorer and something on the site. I’m not sure what it is, but we’re still trying to figure it out. Try using Firefox as your browser. There are no issues with that software.
